PositionAlert is a purely local-running application. We:

• ❌ Do not collect usage data
• ❌ Do not collect device identifiers
• ❌ Do not use cookies or any tracking technologies
• ❌ Do not share any data with third parties

2.2 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored only on your device and will not be uploaded to any server:

• App settings (sensitivity, countdown duration, alarm sound selection)
• Whether the onboarding has been completed

You can clear all local data by deleting the app.

3. App Permissions

PositionAlert requires the following permissions to function properly:

• Motion sensor data is only used when armed and is not stored or transmitted
• Face ID data is securely managed by iOS; we cannot access your facial data
• Microphone permission is only requested when using custom recording features

4. Third-Party Services

PositionAlert does not use any third-party services, including but not limited to:

• No advertising SDKs
• No analytics tools
• No social media integrations
• No payment services

5. Children's Privacy

PositionAlert is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect any data, there is no risk of children's data collection.

6. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store any user data, there is no risk of data breach. All data is stored locally on your device.

7. Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• View Data: All data is on your device
• Delete Data: Delete the app to clear all data
• Revoke Permissions: Revoke permissions anytime in iOS Settings
